on Turn Around by lofthouse
Loft, this is in the stars - after a time of such tragedy celebration is due - and this is a great work of celebration and love - anyone who hears this shares that with you - thank you for sharing your thoughts of Matthew with us - peace, brother

Thank you so much!Your words have made me feel good!I appreciate what you've said and sharing the grief of losing Matthew does make me feel somehow a little better. But it's not meant to be about me,It's about him and what should have been a wonderful life for him.Sometimes in my own self pity I forget that I shouldn't be trying to make myself feel better.I should be remembering a wonderful little boy who deserved to have a beautiful long and happy life.I have wallowed in self pity. It's Matthew that died and it's Matthew that should be rememberedOh God!I don't know what I'm trying to say!I just want Mtthew to be happy but I don't even know how to do that, where he is and what would actually make him happy.Probably not my music, that's a fact. The music just comforts me.I doubt it means anything to him.

Thanks for the listen Michael. I sometimes play with these guys in a dance band doing weddings/corporate functions and so forth. We do this number as downtempo smoochie respite from all dancy numbers.

Thanks MStokes. I wanted to approach a minimalist line but hearing to the different sounds I have, step by step the melody became the one I have posted.
And maybe I'll modify it in a while.

Hi Megann - did you just sing 'i take a pin to go to sleep at night'?? ah, i know you didn't but that's the image i get - what else could a human voodoo doll do? Identify.
The recording catches the intensity of your perf and this is really a moving and thinking piece of music.

Michael my friend thanx so much for the lovely review. I really appreciate it. I'm glad you enjoyed my trip into the green & pleasent land of the new Jerusalem. Populated with CCTV cameras and a hoodie on every corner. The plump, rosy faced farmers wife and satanic mill owner. As always your words mean so very much to me. Cheers mate.

on Falsos Profetas by Vicen
righteous indictment of the fools telling us to tighten our belts and buck up - globalism should have been the banner of every person in the world realizing a sane and humane standard of living - but it has been co-opted and warped beyond recognition by rapists and murderers in the guise of politicians and corporate officers - as always, my friend your poetry and performance sticks a pin in their ass.
RIGHT ON
