This is a cool tune. Really different - Got a kinda zorba the greek vibe going on. My girlfriend asked what i was playing, cos she liked it which is a fair old compliment. I really like the bassline you have thrown in there.
I think its really interesting. i would maybe have considered bringing the beats and bass in earlier, and funking them up at some point, take them crazy with some crashes and stuff. The end is a bit abrupt, maybe just a nice fade or some echo on that guitar line till it fades would have a nice conclusion.
This is really cool mate. Wicked riff, funky beat, nothing wrong at all. The vocals have a great tone and i like the lyrics. I love old school type hip hop, all that gangsta bullsh*t does my head in, so i appreciate this message!
I just think those vocals need to be higher in the mix so you can hear them better.
Really like that pad on the intro, with those strange reverse hits. It mellows out at just the right time for that glitch type beat. Really heavy when the thrash guityar comes in. Never heard that kind of sound on dubstep before so i think its really cool. On top of that its a phat riff. Did you play it live or sample? The beats in this section are really crunchy. Nice work layering that together.
Nice fake ending too - really a huge drop when the guitar comes back in. Nice work
Suggestions:
I dunno, maybe you you could flip the track and add some drum and bass beats - im sure it would match it perfectly. I dont think anything needs taking out necessarily.
cheers
I love this tune. Its fresh! I like how you have somehow managed to mix dnb, samba style guitars and ravey bass and keys so flawlessly. Tracks like this really break the mould and i think it does it in a very un contrived way. I like how you sparingly use the guitar in the verse type sections, with that phat bass pumping along. Wicked beats too.
real energy on this one man. Loving that ragga vibe, does give it that 90s vibe and i love that. That bassline is rude, absolutely deathly dirty, tremendous.
I think the beats are hard hitting and fantastic. Nice work.
Very cool. Nice and laid back but a certain amount of tension with those orchestral hits. I think you have produced it really well, really clean sounding. The percussion is really cool - especially in the intro, really builds it up so that when the beat drops it pulls you in. I think its the perfect length for this kind of instrumental track, dont think you could improve on it!
Thanx 4 the review... Wow I just went back and read my description, i did sound pretty cocky. Well I kind of was just in the moment bcuz I thought the beat was pretty kool. But really I am not that kind of person sorry...
Nice! This is a nice kinda compromise between what i usually here as glitch and a dirty electro track. Builds really nice, i like that club style kick you use.
When the choral sounds come in, love the treatment, its just enough, not tooo much but enough that just gives it some interest and edge. Was entertained throughout, and found it really cool. Something like Aphex twin i guess i would relate it to.
Thanks a lot for the great feedback! I'm really glad you named Aphex Twin, as I always have him in mind when making glitch, amongst other great "glitch/IDM leaders", the guy is such a huge inspiration.
Epic track. really like those kick fills, looking forward to hearing a longer version.
I really like the effects on the guitar and those breathy vocals - i think they could be higher in the mix though? The bass line is really pulsating and drives the track through
very nice track. the beginning kinda reminds me of susans house by the eels - incidentally, wouldnt that track just make a wicked remix, any ways i like the track. really fresh, keeps meandering along and keeps the attention going. not too repetitive, like some dnb can be.
Thank you very much for the review. I'll take time out to listen to some of yor stuff. Never thought about the susans house thing before!Cheers man, peace.
yo, funky! great description, see where you are heading with that. Nice production on it. crunchy funky drums, love that hat. That walking bass line has some nice effects on it.
Is there some organ in there? just hearing it, but really needs to be higher up man, that sounds really cool, but i cant hear at all.
thanks bobby, and no no organs, its the second bass, just have it real low in the and different chorus effects on it. but now that you mention it, organs would sound nice.
Nice bouncy feel to this, kinda ragga, reggae deal. i dig it. That bass line hasa nice amount of sustain on it, really gets the head nodding. I like that subtle theremin kinda sound. not sure what it is , but sure gives a nice dimension to the track. especially with it panning from side to side. nice work dude.
definitely rocking those drums. they sounds spot on. I like the jazzy sound to those chords you have as the base. Everything you have built round them is just perfect. Some lovely tones in there, layered with skill. i really dig it.Fav
This is a hard hitting piece of electro house mixing.
I like it. Its nasty
Did you make these tunes or just mix them? Its a nice piece of work, some good examples of hard hitting electro, something like boyznoize i guess.
Im not a huge fan of the effect that comes in while the new track comes in, not sure if that is meant to just punctuate them as a new track, but a nice mix like at 1:50 is more pleasing to me.

I like it though. Its got some great synth work, its edgy and by the sounds of it you really have a style all of your own.
