Did you do the recording of instruments on this track as well or just Mix??? It all sounds incredible regardless. Just curious.. For if you did it all .. your in trouble...lol... cause Im gonna bug the heck out of ya .. until I can achieve the same sound...lol... j/k... incredible song, mix, recording... ill be paying a lot of attention to your stuff.. thanks...=O)

Well the files came as Midi drums, and DI tracks for the guitars. So basically I used the midi to trigger drum software with custom kits (I create my custom kits from samples and layer different sounds to get the tone I want).

As for the Guitars...I use Amplitube, PodFarm and cabinet impulses or if available I send the di signal to a real amp and cabinet and record it with a combination of microphones, I really like the SM57 placed about an inch from the cloth of the cab and between the cap center and cap edge of the speaker and the second mic would be the MD421 at the cap edge placed of axis at the same distance as the fist mic. This gives a nice warm midrange and works really well with any kind of setup.

Easy really....if you do it all day :))

Yeah.. I would love to try collaborating on some things .. I should be up & Running and able to do some primitive recordings at least by the first couple weeks of August . Im just waiting on a couple mics ive ordered and some effects processors and compressors .. then of course gotta figure out how they work. lolol...But that said, im chomping at the bit .. And knowing I've got you waiting in the wings . to bounce stuff around with really has me excited... cant wait.. again.. thanks for the inspiration.. and turning me onto this site. I look forward to the future.. talk at ya later ..

ok, Im brand new to Looperman.. and have to say.. im here 100% because of this track.. After a 20 year hiatus from music, I recently got back into it, started playing again.. and if I can wrap my brain around the new technology.. recording again.. but wanted to say. I was turned onto this track just recently by my brother.. and was turned on by it immediately.. its truly amazing.. came here to find you .. but didn't know how... decided to try again.. and poof.. this track popped up without me even typing your name.. gonna download n play with it if you dont mind.. Cant say enough good things about this track.. love it.. great job !!!

Firstly, I'm honored that you came here for this track. I haven't been here for quite some time, because of other things. I have however, not stopped recording and making music. If you like, we could do some collaborating together. I'm always looking to widening my musical horizon
