This is like robo-trance or something, for some reason it just suggests robots to me. I like the gated feel to the synths, very cool! Nice arrangement so far. Hope to catch the finished version when you're done!

Wow this sends chills up and down my spine! I love a good spoken word track, and this one doesn't disappoint! You've done a great job capturing a moment with your poetry, you should be proud! Nice intro, it sounded really cool with those high speed drum loops! I like those grinding synths that roll back and forth! Very creative track! I don't listen to a lot of ambient lately, but this one is really cool, especially with all the different influences that are apparent. This would definitely be great in a movie, in fact it almost puts the pictures of an action sequence into my head. Very interesting stuff, I dig this track!

Those samples of your kid are awesome, they give a realistic live vibe to this track! Pretty nice mixing for a newbie...hehe! This one really makes me want to move, nice grooves! Awesome idea for a track, I like it much!

Yeah, when I first stumbled across that sound while playing with effects stacks, I had a Cure moment and had to pursue it. It's not the same "meow" as in "Love Cats" but I think I've got a good interpretation - especially for those who aren't cat people. Actually, my kids' cats don't blink twice over the sounds here, but they do get a bit excited with the crow samples in the "Butterfly" track! Thanks for reviewing this final version!

This really does have a soothing sunset vibe to it! This is some very stylish trance, especially for, as you said, "random samples". I Really like all the sound effects in this one, they make the transitions real nice, and they denote the changes in movements. Some really nice synth sounds going on in this track, again very soothing! I especially like that midrange synth that sounds kind of like robotic voices. Very cool track, I dig it!

I'm lovin this! That bass line is super cool, especially with those slides, it's a very catchy riff! I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into this one. This is definitely very danceable, and very fun to listen to! You've done a great production job with this track, very professional! Faved for sure!

Sweet tribal drums, they really work well in the dubstep setting! Awesome distorted bass, it's very dirty and creepy! Those pads are a nice touch, they add to the flow of the track. Nice work on this one!

thanks bro, always good to hear from you. glad you liked what you heard. Was trying to get that rusty, outback, dirty voodoo sorta vibe going... if that makes sense haha. anyway, glad to know im improving, guess im getting the hang of tying all the pieces together, still a long way to go though =]

This definitely has a good flow! I love the low end on this mix, it pumps and growls, love it! Very cool synth work too, it adds so much to the mix. This is some cool rapping, nice use of the pella! Awesome track friend!

This is quite a catchy tune, I think you've done a great job! One thing it seems to be missing is something like high hats or a ride cymbal, might give the beats more momentum... maybe it's there and I'm just missing it. I really dig the bass line, and those sound effects were used very creatively. Nicely done!

Wow, what amazing dubbery!! (heh I made up a word) I love all the atmospheres that you use in your tracks, it really places the song in a setting which people can relate with. You're really good at using loops, I must say, because this doesn't sound like loop based music, it sounds fresh and original! This piece really sets my mind to trippin, or at least to travelling within the confines of my head. I have got to listen to that again... This is too cool! I love that organ sound, it's nice and bouncy! Well what else can I say that someone hasn't said already... Very good work my friend! Faved for sure!

You know, I think a lot of the sound comes from my always looking for analog samples to weave into my mixes - at least in terms of finding samples of analog instruments. The other strand is in using other peoples' loops I retain the sense of playing with others instead of playing by (with?) myself - lol. It requires listening not only to their sounds, but trying to hear the original intent as well. For example, in this track I'm using guitar loops from jahknow and rei4real and the interaction between the two really comes from me listening to what they can "say" to each other in a kind of call and response mode. Truly a blast to create this (even with the amount of work needed) and I'm so delighted it's translated into something listeners can enjoy as well. Thanks for the fave! It really makes me think I'm on the right path here. Cheers my friend!

Jump up it is! Wow this is awesome! Very cool bass line, it's very heavy! I guess it's kind of a happy track. I like how you've used the vocal clips, they add a lot of interest to the track. Nice pads too, they sound really good in this style of DnB. Great energetic track!

Wow I'm lovin the energy that this track has! The mix sounds really good so far, it's pumpin! I really like those string sounding pads, they are sparkling and beautiful! This definitely has a rave vibe to it, which I really get in to. Hope I can catch this again when it's finished!
