This is so well produced! I'm loving the bass on this one, it's way groovy! Awesome guitar too! You never fail to make a soothing track! What a great way to wake up! Thanks for sharing!
Not at all a problem. I see you around on the Looper a lot, so to have you stop by and review my track is an honor. I grew up on video games; especially early RPG titles such as Final Fantasy, Dragon Warrior, Ultima (NES version) and others. They really had an impact on my mental development early on I believe. Or at least I think. So video games will always have that sort of place in my heart, and continue to serve as an inspiration for my music.
Who knows? Maybe we'll have to colab on something along the same vein as this track sometime; mixing up 8-bit memories with some favorite synth sounds.
This is some nice fusion! I like the epiano! For some reason the mix sounds a little hollow to me, like it's missing all the low to midrange frequencies. Maybe that was intentional though! Nice track! Thanks for sharing!
Nope, that was not intentional hahaha, i really appreciate the feedback! it sounded hollow to me as well but i couldn't figure out what was wrong. Anyways i figured it out and updated it! hopefully this sounds considerably better. thanks again Spiv for confirming that something was definitely wrong haha
This is a pretty cool blend of styles! It reminds me of switching radio stations really fast... ha ha! Definitely on the dub side of dubstep, which is cool to hear! Nice work!
This is a nice heavy beat! I find myself really drawn to grime, and this is up there with the best I've heard! Really awesome synth leads! Great drums and fills! Very nice low end! Great work! Faved for sure!
This is wicked! I'd love to see the movie that this track compliments! I really like how you used that guitar riff, it's rockin! I like how there are almost different chapters to this song, it's really cool! Thanks for using one of my loops! Nice track! Faved for sure!
Well thank YOU for your loop, it has been glitched to hell here haha, even though it was pretty glitchy already :p
Very glad you mentioned the chapters, they were sort of intentional, like 1:the march to war; 2:the battle; 3:collecting the wounded or dead & going to hell or heaven or whatever... well... something like that!
This is really an uplifting track! You definitely are creative in what sounds you use together! I really like those laser sounding synths, very trippy! Nice arrangement and mixing! Awesome track!
Hey man! Thanks for checking out this track! I'm glad to hear you like what I did with this one :-) Thanks for the great review and nice words! Yeah a friend of mine tells me too that I have my unique way and sound in a track too! Have a nice day and thanks again! :-)
Had to listen to this one a second time right away! I really like the throbbing vibe of the mix, it brings the listener right inside the action! Nice vocals too, they're haunting! This is like electronic folk music or something! Too cool! Faved for sure!
Glad you got the chance to listen to this one buddy, really like how it turned out, nomad23 was kind enough to gift me the drum stem to his 'Examined life' which he intricately created...Avanacos pella just seemed to gel nicely with the whole theme,, was a privilege to be able to use such great material and turn it into something that was acceptable, thanks for yet another fave, much appreciated as you know buddy, thanks again for your listens and feedback. cheers
This is so groovy! I love that horn loop! Great arrangement and mixing on this one! Cool synth loops too! You've done really well putting this together! Great work! Faved for sure!
This is an awesome mix! I like that bass, even though it's not too low end! Good use of the vocal samples! Nice sequencing and arrangement! Those psychedelic synths are awesome too! Great work!
Wow thanks Spiv! I'm trying to get a nice lowend bass for my next track. I wanna do something more "Flux Pavilion" style. I'm really getting into dubstep and jungle production. Gotta a jungle track I'm gonna upload tonight or tomorrow.
This is quite soothing! I like the beats you made out of Alividlife's loops! Really good spoken word and lyrics! I love your voice, especially in a spoken word setting! Great track!
Hey thanks Spiv!!! Yeah going for different style lately. All my tracks are starting to sound the same to me...lol... Finding Pallaso's vocals was a big help to this trk. I think it brought more life to this one. Especially Robert Nesta Marley's lil interview on "Rastafari" Thus was born the name of this choon...lol... Plus it sounds kinda grimey too..lol.. Hey you know I appreciate the reviews from you and for the fav's.. Mad respect sir!!!
