Classic trip hop mate, not sure why I havnt heard this before?? Anyway my in ear phones don not do the sub bass any justice love the beat and the perc is well perfect, like ive said this is an amazing trip hop track!!

What a track, there's just something about the sound of a Rhodes that intantly relaxes and chills me out!! Throw in a bit of funky guitar Benson style and there it is!!! Class!!

Cheers mate. Sorry it's taken so long to get back but i'm still offline generally. I did save up for a new laptop but then bought an x-box instead so hey ho. But at least i've still got all the old ones backed up i can re up when i get hold of a pc.

Hi mate, what an excellent track. Definately a prog house track, but theres no genre for that yet. You have done well to bring all the different parts together and the over all sound is very well produced!! Congrats to you.

Hi mate, what a lovely track. Chillout/ Deephouse it would sit well in either genre. Nice piano and swirls, and very well produced. Well done!!

Smooth R&B type chillout nice Rhodes,laid back!! Lovely!! Possibly could have used a bit of echo/ reverb here n there just for ambience, but excellent work anyway!!

I've listened to (almost all) your tracks.
It reminds me a "London period" in my life, around 2001.
I used to dance on Roni Size's performance at Bar Rumba...
I've always loved drum'n'bass!
English music will always influence me.

Hi mate, nice track here, I think the overall track sounds really great its just a little crowded at the top end (treble wise) at the begining. Very well done anyway!!

Hi Mate, thank you for your comment. Yeah, there is a lot going on in the treble area, may tinker with it later, tough I have yet any idea how to propely fix it properly. Maybe reduce the high tension on the master compressor. I'll look into it.

Hi mate great track, Im not a fan of Dubstep so for me it would sound even better without the dubstep influences if you know what i mean!?? It would stand out as a minimal or prog house track (not that it doesnt already!!) Anyway great work mate and very well done!!

Hi mate nice work here you can really feel the Depeche Mode influence on the track, the only thing I would suggest is maybe a little play with the levels in the final mix as the vocal track gets a bit drowned in places, and I would make it a bigger feature in the mix as it works really well!! Keep up the good work!!

First, thank you for your nice comment.

Second...yes, I know the vox get drowned a bit in places. It was quite difficult to level all of the parts out - some spots were quite blaring, while others were much softer. In the end, I could use some tips on how to handle those kinds of situations if you've ever had to deal with that. I literally spent days trying just to normalize the volumes of the different parts.

Thirdly, I built the track around her vocals. I felt a very jazzy vibe from her, so I made sure to use jazz beats.

Finally, the song sort of morphed into a meaningful topic about bullying. I'm quite pleased it did as it's become a subject of concern lately in the schools.
