You know, I thought the kicks/hits may have been too loud, so I turned them down before creating my mp3. *L* I'll get 'em back up and reload the tracks. Thanks a lot!
Lets just say you give Lil john a run for his money
This is nice, i cant say that i neccesarily know the fundamentals of "crunk" because I usually listen to alot of other stuff then that, but from my observations it is pretty crunk to me lol
Yeah this sounds like the part in dota by basshunter
0_o. I think this is ok, i agree with djsalkizar, you might need to use filters on your cymbals and stuff. i think if you work on it then it will be perfect
Hi bri,
Thank you for the kind comment.
I used ACID 6 Pro to build the groove and record my guitar tracks.
Did a bit of editing in ACID, bumped over to SONAR 5 for EQ and Compression. Finally finished in Sound Forge 7 to be saved in WAV, WMA and MP3 for deployment.
This is good for your first track
I think the only flaw (not even a flaw) a suggestion
Is at around 00:40 to maybe have that sound a bit more in tune with the others
And a bass pattern would make this sound great
But in my oppinion, you did an excellent job for this being your first track
mine was HOREEBALL

Thanks for the review.
I know what you mean about needing a bass pattern. I need to get some more equipment and start making some sounds. I'm only using a laptop.
Cheers
This is something that I can use to get me in a happy mood
like if im having a bad day i jsut listen to this then all of my ailments are cured lol

And when I read the description i couldnt believe that it was looped drums
I havent found crisp drum loops like that in a while.
And your guitar playing is brilliant.
your style reminds me a bit of a guitarist that i love alot
Michael Angelo Batio
but he doesnt play your style, but I dont know something about the way this track is played and made, reminded me of him
