I like this track here. Nice drums and chord selection. The mix is a little rough, but it does say "unmastered," so that is off limits. Overall nice track though. I love the pauses in the percussion that start @ 55 seconds and throughout the track. Also, the breakdown in there is cool. Very unexpected. Keep it up!

Thank you! Unfortunately I haven't learned how to mix down and master. Been looking for videos and what not to try and learn how.

I was sent here. Nice listen. I feel like you mix and choose sounds well. It all seemed to go together. My only gripe with this track is how powerful the lead brass was towards the end. It is a preference thing. I just felt as if it were a tad bit loud. Good track though. I can dig it. Matt!

First of all, you said you was "Sent here" but how ? with the gravity force or magical ones ?

Second of all , I think i already saw you on looperman before maybe in a forom post or something ?!?

Last of all and the most important, thank you for this kind feedback. I do agree about the power of my lead brass is a bit high on earphone because the other have a lower volume so to lisent all the sounds, most of the people rise the volume. but with a good sounds system even in max volume (I do not recommend) I found the fact of being pretty powerful add something great for my track. in fact most of classical and Ochestral track have huge volume difference inside thier track. that why after the lead brass there are a softer violin melody to calm down them finish with the lead brass again because why not.

on My03 - Midiman007 - Stereophonic Sounds 80 and 90 by midiman007
At first I thought to myself, "This is a really nice retro sounding track." After that guitar, I have to say wow. Spectacular progressions. The mix is also fantastic. You and your colleague should collaborate live if you don't already. This is a thumbs up track. Keep up the professional work. Matt

Thanks Mattbeater for the positive review. I wish my03 and I lived closer unfortunately we have a big ocean separating us. :-) We are glad when people enjoy our music.

Thanks again for listening and commenting.

Yes. Nice sound overall and decent progressions. All I would say this track is missing is either some vocals or a tad bit more percussion depth. Other than that. I like it. I used to play Counter Strike Source everyday, so you get extra points in my book with that. Keep it up! win. win. win. win. win! Matt.

This is a nice start to an idea. I just could not help but notice that this was labeled as rap. There was no rapping. Let me know when you place some vocals over the beat and I will be sure to give a full review.

Subject matter is flawless. I like where you went with this song. I promote honest music. The only negative is that I feel like your mix was a tad bit extremely loud. Other than that, nice beat, flow and lyrics. Keep pushing. Matt.

With this song, I can conclude that with some engineering or mixing help, you will be pretty awesome. As in, you already are awesome at this but the mix takes away from it a little. Just continue making music. The chick at the end did pretty decent also. Overall, a pretty impressive creation. i like it.

Nice quality and instrumental. I like it. The flows could be better in my opinion. Not that they're bad. More complex maybe? It would be near flawless. good work though. Holla

on I Wish I Could Fly by crucethus
Didn't start as good as this piece is. Very Smooth and emotional track. I like this a lot.

P.S. I was rating the intro, now I have to listen some more.

(Thumbs UP!) Incredible, actually.

The mix is on point. I really do like this though. Thank you for making this track.

True MattBeater, it is a clumsy, but emotional start. Sort of how a small bird in a nest clumsily flies out of the nest. Then the whip sounds are the beating of wings until the break at 5;30 when are young chick soars into the sky. (the vocoded synth solo is the mother bird encouraging her young with Bird-talk). Music used to tell a story.
