Levels are a little loud. Other than that I love it. Love that Fast bass line. This is one of the best. It gets you jumpimg. Great drum solo too. This is fantastic.
Gritty rootsy style you've got going here..I love that old Wurlitzer sound, takes me back....a really interesting mix of instrumental elements combining to make a modern sound over the classic Hip Hop beat...cool! cheers planet
Thanks man. i love the Wurlitzer myself also and thought how i could use it without it contrasting too much with the lead guitars..but i think it goes well with it. Thank you for your review..peace
Hi ya Rockman,
Just listened to your rock song. I liked it a lot. Nice guitar sound. Liked the extensive use of the Wah-wah pedal sound too.
For what it's worth, I own one of the original VOX Wah pedals from the 60's still. Maybe I should get it back out...or just add it in with the computer. Anyways, I'll get around to listen to your other songs as well shortly. I have only done 1 rock song so far myself.

this sounds fucking cool man and u know what??? those guitars would sound really crazy on a hip hop song just like the party like a rockstar song man, try to do that please, it would be fucking awsome

Dude this track is spectacular. Not sure that I would call it progressive but it's not exactly pop/commercial either. Very cool. The mix is a little bit loud though. You might consider a remix with a little bit lower levels. You are getting some clipping, especially in the drums. Other than that it's a great track! Peace, Six
Im not going to lie this is just as good as industry stuff man! but thanks for the review and keep going in the direction your headed...you ideas and style is perfecty unique! that back in the day joint you got up is illatic fam...get at me!
I'm not big on rock in general, but this was hot. Haha, it really was - gratz and kudos to you for stepping out of hip hop and creating something really great within a completely different genre, props!
Wowser's! The arrangement on this is splishalicious....I agree with Rei and Plum about the levels and crackling...but once that is sorted this track will be fire..Will definitely download once levelsare sorted...
great track!!!
very very good arrangement cause you only did what was necessary and not more ...
you left enough space for the vocals and the piano, very well done ...
and Plumster is right about the volume settings ... but that's easy to fix ...
only one real complaint: it's way too short ... lol
Thanks rei..yea i'm working on the volume. It's quite ironic actually, because my speaker is kinda broken, and so that's why i couldn't hear the distortion..haha. But i plugged in some headphones and realise what u mean. Thanks 4 the review.mucho appreciated..peace
