I really like this one. It reminds me of the intro of a song by one of my all time favorite bands, The Choir, from the album Circle Slide, way back in 1990:o Yes, I'm old, much older than that;)
sounds great man! it does have a certain air to it, dampness to the guitar tone or w/e i can't really describe it but it fits. keep up the great work!!
love this one as well. reminds me of John Zorn's Invitation to a Suicide Vol. 13, not by any track in particular just something about the guitar work, very dark, moody emotive work!
it's a lot of fun to see how messed up you can make things sound. overall i liked the track, there is the thought that less is more sometimes with the thunder rumbling i think but you know i enjoy your creativity and innovation, it's inspiring work!
sounds awesome and i think my favorite by you so far. i like it as an instrumental, would be great to hear with the right vocals as well i think it would work great for some vocals.
i'm not a big fan of hip hop but i would listen to this because it has so many elements from different genres and the effect with your guitar pedal on the voice was cool too, that octave shift kinda reminds me of the spring reverb on one of my line 6 amps.
the synth sounds great. i liked the track overall, one thing during about 2:14 there's a part there i'm not sure what happens it sounds like the synth loop extended or changed but it was kind of confusing otherwise i thought it was good.
I wouldn't call this track of the weird genre. It's too damn good. Not that some weird stuff isn't good. Check out some of my tracks, especially More Time Parts 1 and 2. Let me know what you think.
Yeh I see what you mean about coldplay, be careful of over recording things. Your tracks are good but try and keep an eye on the levels when your recording. Remember you can always boost the signal later but you cant take distortion away. I like that there are no drums in this too :-)
Love the fact that a track made it into the WEIRD genre :-) A few sounds come in a bit over the top loud which is a shame as a blending things mildly might have worked better. Great track though. Did you play the guitar part ?
I liked this, sounded a bit like the Go Team when it started. Seemed to lose it a bit at the end though. Could have done with a bit more structure, verse / chorus type of thing to hold it together
I liked it, but I wanted the vocals to be louder/clearer. It sounds like you don't really want emphasis on vocals, so if that's what your going for, keep doin your thing. I enjoyed the beat as well. I think if you introduce a low, simple bass beat somewhere in the song, it could really add a lot (something to shake the subs a bit). Overall I liked it.
