its clipping a lot... agreeing with rei4real. some OD clipping can be a nice touch in style if you lower the gain and make it sound intentional. this just sounds off. but the musicality is GREAT. just remix it and fix that and you have a really solid track. i would say drop the synth sus at the end.... make it the guitar instead....

but I have to agree with the others:
your tracks clip!!!
I opened this one in my audio-editor, it's 48MHz but the volume level is much too high and it's not compressed at all, you should do that!!! I tried to normalize it, but the clipping is recorded so I couldn't get rid of ... maybe you record at a level that is too high???
the sound itself is excellent (I see you use protools....), just too loud, and loudness makes no sound (except with guitaramps ... ;-))

not sure what style that is going for not great but not bad i am sure if you can pin point a style to associate it with even if it is in a style of its own maybe just missing a key ingredient. Picture came off as an electronic artist to me. then again what the hell do I know!
