well if you keep the drumbeat then its more of a hip hop general but if you drop the drum you will develop a more of an ambient feel which could help you deliver more elements to this production
Hi Rockinchair11...you are off to a good start...my take on it would be to loose the drum track and/or replace it with something a bit minimal or lighter...the synth & pad parts have a nice kind of Celtic vibe and sound good by themselves...maybe build up towards a kind of light beat & bass type groove that lets the mix go for a walk in the rain...keep on.....Ed
the ideas are good hear and I can totally hear what your going for ....
the intro feels a tiny bit fragmented as does the track ...it feels like you've got some loops and laid them on top of an arp which you filter or something or what ....
like I say some nice ideas just too fragmented for me..
Thanks for the feed back I have yet to develop a track I truely feel happy with yetI try.I have close to 200 unfinished pieces of work and have yet to really complete a track Loops is definately a limited practice so I am trying my hand with a keyboard Thanks again for the word keep your ears open maybe I will have something that will move you from the Rockinchair
