Nice. I would like to use this in my future mix on mixcloud.com. Do you mind if I do?

DjoeGio replied 25th Jun 2014 - 12 years ago

No, if you give me a link where to find the complete mix, it's okay. I will link to it from my website and twitter. Greetz DjoeGio

Hey my friend, great track. As you are possibly aware Looperman & Loop Radio are trying to arrange a day of Looperman celebrations on the 31st May. I am hoping to do a 2 hour show featuring Dance music from Looperman artists & would also like to feature Looperman tracks in my regular show. As this is available for download (thanx for sharing)I hope you will be OK with me airing it on the day or on another show?
Thanx.
Peace, Love, Justice & Respect.

you should be on the beatport deep house charts!

DjoeGio replied 6th May 2014 - 12 years ago

How can you get on beatport without being signed? Is that possible? Thnx for the compliment!

hey i really like this song but i think you should use a harder hitting kick and make the bass louder and add a louder sub :)

DjoeGio replied 6th May 2014 - 12 years ago

Thnx. Not sure about the deep basses, usually they irritate me, especially during concerts. But I'll play with the idea!

Hi Djoegio!
This is really over my horizon, but it sounds very elegant and clubby.
The intro is AWESOME! Also the outro, totally loving the fast piano.

A masterful piece. But your tunes always are so I'm not surprised.

Take care!
/SJ =)

DjoeGio replied 5th May 2014 - 12 years ago

Hi, Seriously. Thnx for responding.Glad u liked it. Why 'over the horizon'? Because of the genre (house)? Let's work together soon!

love the Sax!

DjoeGio replied 20th Mar 2014 - 12 years ago

The sax is played by STAX (a.k.a. Hans Clevers), a Dutch saxplayer I've worked with on a few tracks. U can find more of him on Fandalism or on his Facebook-site.

clindsay 10th Feb 2014 17:44 - 12 years ago

on Miss You feat Patricia Edwards and Janis71 by DjoeGio

Pretty close to technically perfect - extremely clean. I though the second voice over verse was a little long and maybe it could use a musical bridge but these are quibbles. Brilliant match of vocals and groove.

DjoeGio replied 10th Feb 2014 - 12 years ago

Thnx for the review! I agree with the 'cleanness'. Somehow this worked out very fast. A 'normal' track takes about 3 months, this one was maybe two weeks. It was meant to be this way I guess...

excellent - very nicely produced!
