That 'airtime' and the space in the track are actually a huge part of the nu-metal. Unlike classic hard rock where the energy is a continuous wall of sound, this genre relies heavily on those big gaps and sudden drops to create contrast when the heavy guitars finally kick in. It definitely requires a different kind of perception to digest!
I really appreciate you taking the time to listen to something so far off your beaten path and sharing your thoughts. Respect, man!

At first I thought... okay, this is a bit too much for me. But after the intro, I could handle it, lol. When it comes to this kind of music, I'm more of an Iron Maiden person.
But I listened to your track all the way through, and it has amazing sounds, and you really have to be able to put this together. I can't.
My compliments.
Up the Irons! Iron Maiden are absolute legends, so I totally respect where you're coming from. Nu Metal can definitely be a bit of a shock to the system at first, lol, but Im so glad the sounds and the production kept you hooked after the intro.
Your compliments really made my day. Thank you for your open mind and your awesome feedback! Cheers!

It means the world to me that you enjoyed the track. I was really aiming for that 'pulsing energy' by locking the heavy guitars, so knowing that it creates the perfect space for the vocals is amazing feedback.
Thank you so much for your continuous support and for always dropping such thoughtful insights. Much respect!

Thank you so much! Really glad you caught and appreciated that slow country twang on the guitars. I wanted to blend that raw, melancholic string vibe with the heavy trap elements to give it that extra dark, suffering edgeand you know how it goes, nobody brings that kind of sadness to a melody quite like the country style! Haha.

Wow, what an amazing comment, man. Calling the Hammond 'an ancient weapon of the elders wielded skillfully' is honestly one of the coolest phrases anyone has ever left on my tracks. I'm absolutely framing that! Glad that deep, evocative vibe hit you so hard.
I will gladly pass your love to Spain! Andalusia and Extremadura are beautiful, magical placesno wonder you miss them so much. The sun, the culture, and the food here always inspire that extra touch of soul.
Thanks for the awesome support and for taking the time to write such a poetic review, brother. Much respect!

Regarding the duration and structure, that's actually the whole essence and DNA of modern Trap. In this genre, the main melody is meant to hypnotize through repetition, and standard beats rarely go over 2 minutes because they are tailor-made for an artist to ride the wave, not to sound like a progressive rock piece.
Best regards, F2F!

Really glad you enjoyed the guitar tones and that 'shmoov' bassline, I spent a lot of time locking that groove into the mix. Getting an 'outstanding' review from you means a lot.
Appreciate you stopping by and showing such deep appreciation for the production. Cheers!

I like the Key this one is in, idk why I just really like Am lol. One of my favorite songs is Down in a Hole by Alice in Chains, and it starts in Amin, so I think that's why. Your drums have evolved since I first heard your work, too.

The guitars sounded beautiful, along with the whole melody.
Congratulations on your work.
