This is probably now on my -Top 3- dubstep list now. Just one suggestion, It would sound more of a hardcore dub song if your bass was louder, it kind of doesn't have that distinctive loudness that classifies it as dub...
Yea man great track. I was singing my own vocals to this...how sad am I?? Nice break dnb cuts and wicked slow hophop beat at start. Lovin the synth later on too. Nice 1 bro
Nice voilins man, they could maybe use some more reverb IMO.
The break reverses have those nasty clicks to them lol i hate those!
But a clean and tidy track; nice.
Keep it up!

i go white inpsycle,s commands :).
and i want to say that i have gross beat to and i think its a very cool plugin. its funny to here what you do white it. i mostly dont use it that often ore so many but it work out pruty good whrite :)
keep on going en one day it will all sound whrite. i think in this track sound choices is the key try to make it sound like dnb en clean out the wrong sounds en try others.
I'll be the first to comment then. definitely dig the string loop from HMNN. i think have that one too. anyways this is haven't half bad. smooth reverses and transitions. the breaks could roll just a tad more in my opinion. this is definitely an improvement though from what i've heard form you in the past. keep working at it brudda! we all have a hidden potential, just have to find and master the craft! peace
It gets crazy around 1:00. Damn thats sick. Fav. The Glitches/Stutters give it that don't drop it its important vibe. The turntable effect is them almost dropping it but they pick it up mid air. I love the piano.
Hi, the idea is kinda of cool but i think mix is bad. Get yourself some freq analyzer plugin so you can see what's going on with this track.
I'm not a mix master myself but some tips which might work:
-bass line is very has some very low freqencies which take power from speakers but can't be actually heard, cut of some of the bass from bass
-you lack in 800 Hz - 2,4 kHz, there is some excitment in these ranges and you would like the hear it
-there is too much hihat, try lovering hihats to hear some lower ranges
-hi hats haven't got high freqencies u might want to add them to get more space
-depending on the setup which you will get, i think bass might be on the same freq as bassdrum, if so, compress it so bd is more hearable
Maybe if you got trouble mixing I saw some people on forum who offer free mixing (just for training), consider sending them some tracks, and see what they do with it, if you will like it, try to copy it.
thank you very much and I appreciate your advice........I´ll try to do so once i´ve got a new computer because trying my best on a shitty laptop is not good enough............yet again THX.........
Hey man! i like the flow of this track! the melody is really nice too. I'm no expert though but may i make a suggestion to add a 4 bar break in there? like in alot of tracks from netsky and sub focus in guys like them i "think", i maybe wrong, but they use alot of samples, especially 4 bar breaks. basically like a lot of "amen break" variations. that's what i've been hearing so far. i've just been studying up on. i started another DnB track (that Energy track isn't actually my first DnB track, at least that i started on) that sounded similar to this. like the main "beat" was there. but not the "groove" so to speak. like listen to netsky's track
BIG difference. makes you wanna move. i thought you could make that type of groove from scratch in like redrum or something(i compose in reason) but nothing worked for me lol so i used one sample and it made all the difference. but if i could learn to make a 4 bar break from scratch im going to learn soon! but still a good track you have going here man! regards
And so it has become one of favs as well my friend! very nice ambience with the earth percussion and shakers through out. the suttle voices also do the track more justice! very great track regards and respect
I'm usually not a fan of ambient music with this much drums, but you managed to create some kind of hypnotic dance between them and the melodies which was very inspiring. Good work!
