Haha I like the description. The sounds in the intro clash with each other, but once the trippy/spacey melody come in with the reggae/funk bass, it sounds like a real song and I was even getting into it.. and then 1:36 came and I was like YEEEEEEE but I think it needs to be built up more beforehand, so that it's no so out of no where and the listener can 'feel' something amazing about to happen, because the drop is that good. You did good for the most part putting all the instruments in their own place.. maybe widen the drums a bit more and add more punch?
Edit - By 'built up' I mean you need background pads and a bass drum build up or something.
yo man thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed! Yeah i hear you, it's just that i dont have inspiriation when it comes to pads they all sound boring, maybe i should spend time learning a bit more about them... but yeah thanks for the review
lots of good ideas in the track(may be to many).the stucture needs more work, longer intro, try to find the chorus of the track, what your verse could be?never forget the outro.
Hey man cheers for the review, i mainly made this song for personal enjoyment but it had alot of loops and samples id cut from the internet to make it but i removed most of them to upload it but i kept a few i got from a dubstep sample pack and yeah the outro was a sample from pulp fiction lol.
I like what you're doing, try looking up some tutorials on performance LFOs in massive, though, those are useful things to know, it sounds like you're repeating it in the piano roll instead of using a performance lfo in massive, that will make it not hit the top of the cutoff, which reduces the filth, or bassiness of the wobble.
Funny enough i just learned how to automate the LFO with annother LFO :)! littirally just stumbled apon it haha, but thanks for the review bro and you should check out my latest song Rawr dub from what ive heard from your song's you would like the style :)
aye man this could sound pretty smexy if it was dirtyed right up and to answer you question before it is no point in looking for kick it takes ages to find free ones and the ones you get are terribal you are much better off making your own and if you don't know hoe to do that then there are plenty of vid on yourtube that could show you makeing you kicks is better cause you can get exactly what you are looking for :)
This has a lot of potential! Those wobbles are really cool and creative! The beats could use some more power though, like maybe just be raised in the mix, or maybe put them through a compressor or something. Nice track so far though!
i like your percussion... i agree, some of the wobbles sound really good. others not so much. pretty minimal feel which can be cool. anyways keep producing and im sure everything will click together and make a bangin track.
nice man i personaly would have made it more abiant you know stick some back round noises and fire some crazy reverb but thats just me :P nice work man
Like the idea man. But that bass sounds way to loud. I dont know what it sounds like with a sub but through these headphones, all I can hear is bass. Very distorted bass. Just a mixing thing, the music itself does sound good.
i like the rhythm, and some of the wobbles sound good. I would turn up the drums in the mix though... and I dono how I feel about the reverbed out wobble, sounds kinda rough
thank you. but there's no reverb on thw any of the wobbles and yeah i forgot to turn them up when i was rendering lol. Ive changed the sound of the drums now.

I have to say this: the awesomeness of really increased per bar after 1:16 or something :P
