I like minimal stuff so I'm fine with just a guitar and voice. Maybe a tiny bit of bass needed? I used a free Spitfire Labs one on my current track, its got a nice soft sound might go well with this. Free too. I think you've had a good crack at putting your own spin on this, changing up the phrasing. Its interesting anyway, like most of your stuff, which is a always good thing.
Not bad at all bro, the guitar playing is great and the vox is cool, it's definitely worth adding to this a good drum beat and some bass to add a bit of variety, maybe a couple of percs too, but I like what you've got I think a vocal and acoustic guitar are the perfect match delivered right, keep up the work
Hope you are doing okay with your grief - this has a really nice indie feel to it - pavement were always my go to in this style - this sounds a little more out there but wild is usually cool hey
Really nice soft rock with great FX on your vox which are fire bro, lovely dedication fam feeling you rockoff, stay strong that's what your bro will have wanted
Nice guitar sound and your voice and the fx on that are freaking awesome. Just really like the stripped down minimalist vibe to this. I'm not familiar with the original but I'm sure you've put your own spin on it, as all good covers should.
