I really enjoyed the tract, but do this...envision yourself in a club....what would keep you movin'? A strong heartbeat keeps the dancers on the floor. Then add some flavor on top of the beat...then bring it back down...let it simmer for a little while, then bring it back up again. All the while keeping that heartbeat strong and hard. You don't want the crowd to leave the floor before the song ends. Keep'em movin'.
1/ probly one of the best things about the track is also one of the bad points.. it kinda plods a little.
2/ Loads of eq'ing to do on the track. there is low end sub hum eeeeverywhere. i know alot of people tend to say they will do it once its mastered but mastering wouldnt get rid of that no matter where you send it. its nothing to be with mastering, its just kinda bad house keeping if you know what i mean.(dont worry bro i do exactly the same thing and iv got a few tracks on here that are full of alot more low end rumble than yours fella)
Liked the track alot tho fella and please take what i said how it was ment. constructively.
Track starts nice, good melodies, altho there is a hugely excessive amount of low end on every sound, and its really clouding up the mix. everything apart from the kick and the sub bass should be cut off at about 120hz. things like the arps are still there in the low hundred hz range they should kinda be cut off at about 700 hz maybe even higher.
Good ideas tho fella and the track itself will be solid when its fully arrainged.
Like resistance, I was also thinking trance, but then, to me, being quite ignorant of the fine distinctions as I am, they pretty much sound the same.
What really matters is if I like the track or not and, of corse, I do. Well constructed and well produced, entertaining and ear friendly. What's not to like????????????
The previous reviewers said it very well. I also like the slow build up of the intro. Makes me think of PInk Floyd without guitars :-) The rest of the track is no less a pleasure to the ear.
nice gentle entry into an amazing sound - I loved the bounce through the headphones - I can only sum this up as an amazing sound filled track that lifts you and fills you with a a smile - dude keep them coming - I have a good feeling about your sound -
Just having a first listen to your music...really loving it! I'd quite like to have a go at some vocals too...come and check out my stuff if you want and send me a wee message if you fancy me trying something out on something...Sam
Hey Man! I saw you had faved a few of my tracks so I came to check out your productions as well ;) Thanks for the faves! Really like what you have done here! Energetic and with a deep atmosphere! :) Really like what you have done! Hope you are the winner of the competition and you don't know it yet ;) Maybe you'll be suprised! Keep making tracks like this :) Added to faves too!
i like this alot big ups, nice chilled deep house if i have one thing to say it sounds like the begiing beat fades in and out dunno if maybe you skipped a beat or its just an effect but its a bit "throw you offish", but man i can see myself listening to this tripping out great stuff
p.s i think i have some great female vocals you could use in this
Thanks it's Bass for Hunt competition, tracks posted by Extensive Music Sweden into YOUTUBE, some info about competition in Basshunter's facebook page and website, and sadly, the track submission is over, although noone knows the winners yet. P.S. the winner gets his track released http://www.youtube.com/user/extensivemusicsweden
Well done Sunset is a far better name for a track than Sunrise and that synth got me dancing. I'd love to hear some vocals on this. Check out my track please.
