A lot work I can hear and its a real journey. Listening it online though the first 2 sections when your bass and guitars come in with the choir are coming through a bit "muddy", the bass seems a bit booming. Where as the rest has good clarity and crispness. I love this type of song so rarely attempted these days. Regards Steve

The composition in this is outstanding. The music really has heart and soul in it. The movement is so moody, it bleeds emotion.
Very great work.

how can i be the first to comment here?!

this is such a cool chill-out track - i put it up as a favourite 1minute into the track. Again, your topic, sailing in unknown waters... awesome imagery.

I love the way the beat comes in gradually at he beginning too... might have to try that some time... almost like a ship coming closer and closer...

Thank You! So you are first, congratulations :D. No.. now seriously. I personally take this song as an one which is most well-build tematically, maybe one plant helped:). Thanks again for your review!!

your voice is really sexy-sounding. and the topic - Icarus - has always been such a wonderful story to me. Daedalus & Icarus - flying high. The Indian vibe on the sitar rocked too! Love this track. I cannot stop thinking about the varied sounds coming out of the heart of Bohemia... birthplace of the Bohemians :) *smiles*

Hey JvR - I enjoyed the track. It builds well, and the piano and violin is just beautiful.
Definately cinematic... and lush. It reminded me a little bit (in parts) of my track (Sword By Your Side).

Very cool track!

Hi Minette, I did listen to song as you mentioned - brilant piano, cello .. (I never touched piano in my songs:) simply .. heart touch. Medieval atmosphere. Only the vocals need to be turned down a little bit, they are too loud and that hall on it is at least on me too long. Those thing makes the rest not well readable.

I tried to figure out which parts but I am not sure which ones:), does not matter. Cool job!

Hey, if you modify substancialy the music, please, give it a new name and let this one on the site. It's really good. I think that the remix could be done on the treble sounds not to give them the same power. Maybe you can try to produce different ranges of power to give a real feeling of depth. It's just an opinion.

I did not mean to change the it as a song, but make sound better, wider and deeper :)

Hey,
Genious, You go out of the straight ways, I like very much that.
Your music is finished and not, it's strange but beautiful.
With such a line of creation, you can developpe after.
The rythm is well balanced with the theme (my opinion)
Don't mind, here is a music for dancing.
Beautiful.

.......................masterpiece ?

I am very pleased that you like it. Thank You much for the review. This song is strange but that is what I like on it:). Only one thing which bothers me where to learn to do better mixes :) Sound is still not what I would like to hear..

following...

Maybe you think not having a beautiful voice. That's false, and that's why I write to you that you can sing, and ...You have to, 'cause, you voice is structured to sing. I Hear that, even if you are not sure of that.
That's why I think that if you work it, you can do beautiful things with.
...Don't think you are not a singer, yes, you compose, but you can sing !

Need to post some new stuff man, if this is 4 years old you must be killing it these days. Nice stuff.

EDIT: I know what you mean, i'm doing all sorts of different music myself these days. Used to do nothing but Grime and Hip Hop. Makes you better at producing any kind of music when you branch out and try other things. Which I didn't realise for a long time. Take it easy mate.

Hello, good melody. I appreciate the lyrics and your own touch.
Even if your voice is not completely controlled, you can work on it and procude really beautiful songs.
Good production

My voice is there just because no one else had been available at that moment:), I am not a singer and prefer just to compose, lyrics also do not belong to my great skills, So if there would be someone with lyrics and voice and I would really appreciate that.
