I use FL all the time so Im curious how to get the wobbles going with the Sytrus. Im not a huge dubstep fan but, I did enjoy this one. Keep em' coming!!
Quick and dirty method - set up your operators to get the bass sound you want, then route them through filter1, set it up as a LP, click the lfo tab in under the filter 1, click the button to turn it on, and there you go...
then u can use the matrix on the right to run 2 operators into eachother to make some extra grimey sounds, try it with 2 detuned sine waves it will sound nice and crunchy, of course you'll have a lot of tweaking to do before you get what you want
Nice, very nice. The song stands alone nicely. If you are tring to make it longer and break it up a little you may want to drop the drums for a few measures and lead back into the song. Just an idea. Anyway, Nice and I'm about to listen to it again.
hey thanks for the kind words, i don't know whats wrong with me, like i've tried at least ten times now to make an intro that leads into the first part and nothing seems to sound good or flow correctly but i like this one too much to just leave it undone so imma keep tryin, and yea i actually have made some parts now that have the drums drop out and its just the main riff then build back into the chorus it sounds good
some of the most brilliant art was created when a spirit flows through you and outward, just as the ever expanding universe flows away from the center. This song has a beautiful interconnectedness and deep feel. Your logical brain will try to defeat you when doing art. Like when you thought you were gonna make a dub step track, but your left brain had different plans.
"I've been at this for like 5 months... so Yeah i got it, i'm just starting can't expect to be amazing yet... but damn some of you guys just blow my mind and I feel i'll never make it to that point..."
-->it is you, sir...that blows my mind. showing this much talent and promise within the first year of producing is..well, its intoxicating for a listener like me. the stutters on this are some of the best i have ever heard in a dubstep. your control with the tempo is masterful. i agree with ultra that the production level on this one is on point.
youre doin' the d*mn thing...and i like it.
mad kudos!
first off, i am terribly envious of the fact that this is the second track youve ever created. this is high quality stuff, right here. the bass is so laid back, but remains super dirty. the synth accompanyment is subtle, but adds a great depth to the piece. production levels on point. really nice work. cant wait to hear what else youve got!
Hey thanks for checking out my music man... Honestly I think this is one of my weaker tracks, but hell, I'm glad u like it, it def gets stuck in my head sometimes.
love the slowdown pitch and the stutter, your best track up to date i think!the only thing it's kind of a short track!
great production level.
