This reminds me somewhat of Godflesh (if you've not heard them-the album to check out is Slavestate) it will be interesting to see what you do with the guitars on this one
Hey mcskynard. I just finished listening to all of your tracks. Terrific stuff, very. It is kind of funny that this one you didn't sound very happy with, but at the same time is my favorite of all. I absolutely love the guitar and drum work in this. Thanks too for the comment on my capella. I don't know when, but I will try to get some more done.
Thanks for taking the time to listen to them Raykoefoed.I do like the song just think i couldve mixed it a bit better.I mainly use drumcore3 or easy drummer for the beats, but i find beat mapping very difficult.hopefully i can get to use one of your cappella's as a basis for a new song in the future
Sounds great to me. I like the chours alot. Maybe bring the verb down a bit tho. I record guitar with the effects running on my amp or pedal, but its recording clean on computer, that way you can add or take away easier.
good song man, I can tell your a good guitarist. Your recording skills will evolve with time. just stick with it and always adapt new methods of doing things.
very good and solid playing man!!!
the production so far is ok ... a little too much reverb for my flavor, but that's maybe just a matter of taste, though I would say it would make the mix clearer and bring out the licks more precise ...
the track itself is interesting, I like it!!
Thanks for listening, and like i said only just started recording,so any advice is much appreciated.Hopefully get some of my other tracks sorted and put up soon.
