HI
I'm thinking of entering this competition below, it's called Life Pleasures and the Brain. I've just finished uni and animation was one of my majors. I have an animated a butterfly and I'd like to use music that is expressive and emotive. http://www.brainartproject.com/the-brief
Mystic Aura is a lovely piece of music that would be perfect for this. I wouldn't need the whole track.
I have chosen music as it is amazing how it can make us feel different things depending whether it's happy or sad and is cross-modal - appeals to the senses.
I would love permission to use this if you could send me the mp3. If not that's fine. The winner gets $5000 if I was so lucky I would give you half. Regards Shona (I use Carrol my middle name on this site).
hi huddersfield rotherham calling? lol, love this track? classical sort of tracks if well done are always a winner in my book and this is well done going to fav this one good job well done D. :0)
yes, mr RoBB, definitely an interesting surprise there when the other section comes in and it seems to work well on initial listening...like the open harmonies and that one really dissonant chord you hit somewhere before the midpoint transition...will have to check out ur other work also...nice studied vibes!!
thanks for sharing your artistry!!
I liked the percussion....the drums @ 1.20 give this an edge.....vocals give feeling....amazing work considering it is in a single take.
Well done

Nice track...I get a real Highland Celtic feel from it. Great production. I am amazed how well the electronic sounds fit so well into a very traditional melody.
This is my kinda stuff. I like to compose straight in one-off takes but it never seems to work out as good as this track has. Shows it can be done and done well. Regards C69.
i love the piano that playes thru it. it is uplifting. would want to have some of the loops of ur tracks and c if i can come up with some things.
i do not know if it is my speakers or what, but the beat was bubling with little pops thruout.
Nice to see someone else that favors the percussion side of the register. I really like the world feel that comes through here, specifically because of your percussion choice. Your vocals? Very nice - got a kind of fusion of world and ambient happening successfully throughout. Good mix, and nothing is obscured by other sounds. Nice one, mate!
Thanks for posting this. I've been really curious what the original (unextended) versions sounds like. It really does have a considerably different "flavor", this one.
