great piano intro MrRivus, your vocals is cool, a couple of tweaks here and there and you have a banger here, in places your vox are great just a couple places its a little dry, dont take that as a criticism, its a good track, so i give you what i thought, keep going on this one mate

Your vocals are great! Your vox reminds me of old rock bands like the American rejects. With that being said, I would have liked to hear a little more range variation, but that's just personal taste. Well done, sir.

First of all, that's a really good track. I think if you take that to a producer, you can make that a hit, and I'm not kidding. Your voice is good enough, the tune is nice and poppy, you have all the elements, although it needs some finetuning.

Now, if I'm the producer (and I'm not), here's what I would do:
- make some changes to the melody/lyrics. Eg I noticed you sang do IT and rockSTARS with emphasis on the second syllable, when DO it and ROCKstars would flow better. Not that important, but it will help to create a hook

- then, more importantly, I would think with you about the structure. I think it needs more breathing room (eg don't go straight from chorus to verse) and a clearer hook/chorus. You consider basically everything a chorus, but that's hard to remember. I would consider to make "until I'm 27" your prechorus and the bit after that your chorus. Obviously the instrumentation also needs to reflect that; so the bit before "27" should be a bit calmer etc.

Anyway. I want to stress again I think you have something there; make 5 or 10 of these,take them to a pro and see what happens!!

Aside of not-that-good (according to industry standsrds) production its a nice modern pop song, what I really liked is bass patern. Keep doing it and its definetly will work out eventually! Merry Christmas!

Mr R you got me listening again, great track, lovely piano, great use of impacts and one hits, proper rock track loved the drop and outro, and like theHumps said, I'd like to here the singing version too.

This is cool, dig the piano. Some nice changes. Would like to hear the singing version, honestly.

It's easy to hear that you are experienced at all things musical. Beautiful work with all of the instrumentation and the mix is just as sharp and clear as it gets. I do hope someone with a great voice discovers this one. Outstanding effort. Keep it up Mr Rivus. I hope all is well.

Happy 83 - you succeeded for sure - a very nice 80's style pop song with some current touches of finesse (although as you say not quite finished - nice structure there already). The mix sounds great to me and the mix of instruments / sounds is spot on - building up in a classic kind of way.
