One way to land a producer on here is to make a thread in the FORUM section. Make sure you link to this track if you want your rap mixed to this.
But, if I may offer some advice, I'd say check out the tracks on here (don't skip over the EDM producers on here, many of them are very good at mixing).
Maybe take a little time to get to know musicians on here. Some people only work on their own music, while others are fine with collaborating. Once you know who you'd like to work with, email them directly or put a comment in their thread on a track they have.
I'd also like to add, you may land a producer faster if you have something to offer them in exchange, like perhaps a loop, a track or vocals or a rap. This is business after all. And in that respect, copyright your creation (rap and/or music). Protect yourself and your work.
