We tried to use the whole acapella in a row but we had to modify it a bit to let it turn out & sound the way it sounds now.

Love the vibe of the track, a laid back sorta r n b/pop song that is as good as anything on the radio right now. With the exceptional music track matching up with Patricia's vocal track, how can you go wrong? I also hear a little touch of some jazzy Steely Dan in there.

I've been struggling with vocals and started doubling them and adding comp/eq/reverb or delay, and possibly distortion. Seems to help a lot, not sure if that will help you or not, this mix sounds great to me.

OK on second listening .... there are some parts where the vocals are definitely muffled out by the bass.
he vocals need lifting out for the whole track not just parts of it but it's a fantastic number you have going here.

Cold and windy outside so I'm sat by my glorious coal and log fire with a glass of whiskey neat.
It has a faint smell of orange zest and honey is luxurious and your tune matches it perfectly.
When the glass is empty I'll refill it and replay your tune ..... just to make sure ......
