Skipping through the tracks on here, I stumbled upon this little gem and couldn't refrain from posting some positive feedback on how the beat really kicks in! Good work!
Yes for sure :
I have a pair of Yamaha NS-10. (Old & solid studio reference imo!)
It may be a freq. mix issue, it's an overall impression but the track is working without any modification - it was just my felling listenning to it. I think it's because most of melody lines are high in octaves & mix in high freq.
The only thing is i would say there's a lack of bass frequency volume (or a lack of equilibrium) that make a kind of lack of depth.
I can't tell if it's a mix issue about the sub being not loud enough, or if it's because all the melody lines are high in octaves and mixed with high freq. Or if the song needs another low synth pattern in the 0:37/1:10 & 2:13/2:44 parts.
Thank you for the feedback, but when I tested on multiple sound systems, if I turned them up anymore the low frequencies drowned out every other element, may I ask what you used to listen to this track?
Hearing this makes me very reluctant to upload the song I made from those loops. It's also really coincidental that I've named mine "Forgiven" and it's about a very similar theme of forgiving the divide between love and misfortune.
Creative use of samples which helped support the theme of the song and those vocals were just so good in contrast with the surrounding harmonies, makes me wish I had vocals... and a singing voice for that matter.
I loved the variation of rhythms in the second verse and the buildup from the intro. The funky little outro was also a nice touch. A bit of deja vu though as the sidechained pads sounded very similar to the pads from your previous track "Finding You".
Gotta be a bit careful not to accidentally remake familiar parts from older songs in a new track. I sometimes accidentally use the same loop in two songs and when I realize it's often heartbreaking having to choose between them.
Most of all keep experimenting and try new things.
Wow! this is absolutely stunning. From the vocals to the claps, this track is a masterpiece. I'm just so dumbfounded, i have to words. I would seriously consider uploading this to a promotional channel such as Monstercat and other alike. Great job.
P.S
Definitely jammin' out to this while i play video games later
Thank you so so very much!! I really do appreciate that you think it is a masterpiece. That's what drives me to continue to create music!!

In all honesty I wish I could do what you do. Your music is top notch and though I don't Know you personally, I see you going up in the industry in modern music. You have skills that most would dream of and It's good to know that you use them. Personally you're my favorite artist on looperman. you've already won my likeness, keep going.
Very cool one...epic on it's own...modern cinematic...:-) your musicality, structures, chords, feelings show that stg is moving inside of you...:-) and that is the huge talent...unfortunatelly (or fortunatelly) today the quality is the first, not the meaning of the song...I didn't say that it's not quality work, but I think you mentioned that in one of your previous answer...if I guess well...:-)
I listen to Andres' Trap Nation channel and any other popular music channels on YouTube and I've submitted my tracks numerous times and always get rejected. I'm not at that level yet, but I am working towards it :D But thank you for the compliment and thinking so highly of my work, it really does mean a lot!
Hi 7evnth 12.
I like the way this track builds and the samples are great. The ticking clock on the break is a really nice touch. I can really appreciate how much thought you've put into the composition. The horns are different and quite catchy as well. So it's a full package of musical goodies. It's a like from me :)
Dude what you have made is AWESOME, my opinion.... Add extra gap filling samples and add a limiter to the drop, you want it to be "In your face" and make it stand out the most other than that. Keep going man, ill follow you on soundcloud if you have a profile :D
