A great sense of power put through by the synth as it opens into the chorus but I'm finding the unnatural sound effects quite distracting from the song. I wish that your songs were more abstract rather than spelling out concepts with a non melodic voice or sound effect.
I'd rather like to dissect the concepts myself from the melody, I've learnt this through musicology and it defines the fundamental aspects of human psychological response to music where people will subconsciously draw out abstract concepts in melodic tonality without the need of vocalized or objectified queues (such as a plane taking off). This freedom of interpretation is why we enjoy music.
If you take this comment to heart I hope to see some creations of yours delve more into abstract expression to produce some dazzling creations rather than intrusive sound effects.
A personal comment is that I'd love to have a version of this song without the sound effects.
Brilliant clarity of your mix, very nice vocals, winner for me is hearing piano in tracks, so it is a bonus point, this sounds very good, personally something you would expect to hear here in Australia on the radio...Stunning...BIG time fav...Don't download many tracks but this one is a must...Peace n much respect...mosaic...
This is brilliant! Beat is so dope and the drop is crazy good! Kamoflage's rapping is on point as always! Who's the rapper towards the end of the track, cuz that was some fire as well!
A couple of steps through my raid of your songs and I'm finding a bit of pattern. I'm hearing that heavily side-chained pad very often and when listening to some of your songs in sequence it gets kind of repetitive.
Is this just a trait that you continually express in your music or are you oblivious to it? It would just be interesting to dissect this portion of your musical spirit.
Loving your stuff man, going through all of your songs and using them to test the bluetooth speaker I just built. Mainly because your songs are of such fine fidelity that they make a great basis for testing audio quality.
Sifting through the songs, loving them then I find this beauty, the girl singing was quite striking because her singing voice is exactly the same as a girl at my school.
Sounding great; the bluetooth speaker and of course your music. I am definitely making a playlist of your songs for when I take this speaker for a field test.
7venth12, your wellspring of musical ideas runneth over!
Nature sounds, operatic vocals, wisdom from Alan Watts, combined with electronic elements, together creating a solid piece of work!
"But it has a totality, it all goes together, and this totality is the Tao.” -Watts
Your work parallels that idea, wherein "it has a totality".. the musical elements you carefully chose.. "all goes together" and this totality is your own truth, your own way, your own musical Tao.
DUDE. NO WORDS. Like... this is beyond my fucking mind. I'm blown away. Talk about power! Just needs more sub and BAM, you can take down fucking cities!
hey man! i love this track, i recorded a few verses to it! do you mind if i post the song i recorded for non profit! i will give you credit for the beat!!!! i would really appreciate it man!
What I wrote before is something I've felt many times when reviewing people's tracks but I never really bring it up. Instead, I usually just give up commenting on their work as I've felt that I've wasted my time and provided too much detail that was not of interest to them.
I've often had questions I've asked when doing a track review ignored, which is annoying. Don't people want interesting feedback and something a bit more intelligent than "nice track bro"?
I'm not quite sure what you mean when you speak of a "vitriolic remark".
Anyway, it's a really good piece of music and I enjoyed listening again.
This is good stuff and I think her vocals are great and really professional.
Those strings sitting behind are very nice and then some warm sub bass enters to make things deeper and more soulful. I don't think the vocals are out of time. They seem to fit just fine.
Well produced, soulful music with lots of beauty and depth.
I would write more but you never seem to reply saying much so I won't bother typing much. That's got to be my new policy for people who don't have much to say back.
Thank you for listening and giving feedback. Apologies for not being thorough with my comments, I guess I don't express my analytic thinking enough. I am going to suggest that this comment is as a way of insinuating constructive criticism by me needing to be more active with my responses rather than being a vitriolic remark.
Interesting report by asid...hmmm...I listened only once but for me this nearly distorted vocs fit for the mood...very much liked the third 'dubstepish' part...all in all, I will go back to see that vocs but the music is amazing...
Wow man! This is the best I've heard from you! You executed such smooth transitions, and demonstrated incredible control. Great use of vocals and sfx and each patterns. You've improved incredibly!
