Everyone is of course free to use AI as they see fit. But consider 2 things:
- why use AI for the things that are actually fun in life, ie making music?
- if you order from a delivery service, you have a delicious pizza, but you haven't cooked. If you cook, maybe the pizza is burned, but at least you learned.
Good luck in your creative journey and thanks for being honest about the AI, I appreciate that
Hey B, I felt that for a long time, but after 5 minutes of trying it I love it. If In the end, it's just a tool. I view it as a collaborator who, admittedly, does all the heavy lifting, but in doing so allows me to make ridiculously better music. My process always involves me putting something creative into my AI music, sometimes it's remixes of old songs I've done, and sometimes it's an instrument track, or maybe just lyrics, but I am doing more than just pushing buttons. It still fun and exciting for me using AI, and in the end I wind up with even better music to listen to. It also inspires to me practice more, and it increases my level of musical knowledge. You should give it a try, you may like it less afterwards but you may also find a use for it that fits your process. Good luck with it B :-)
JC you never disappoint. That nostalgic sound we have come to know from way way back. This has a Marvin Gaye Inner City Blues vibe. Good Good! Keep it coming.
JC! What a fine production. Sweet vocals, fire keys, but that BASS tho. Flute was a nice addition, guitar chords are lovely on my ears. Lastly the Rhodes chords are boss. You did this just right!
Peace,
Mark
JC! The thing that jumps at me is the dense and swaying vibe you've created. The choir and lead vocals are flame. The sax is right where it should be. Nice one.
JC! I love the energy! The sway is infectious. The bass line is WOW straight from back in the day. Drums are locked. This is my type of music. Guitar with that organ and vocals YEP! Faved. Nice one.
The intense distortion threw me off a bit (on my cheap headphones I think the drums are distorted too?) but then the vocals came in smooth and crisp, which is very cool. All in all I like this a lot. Cool track!
