Interesting piece, It has a certain feel to it. some of the synths are really cheesy but that doesn't matter. but the piece has a certain tone of happiness that brought some light to my day. Good job ^_^ Continue to do what your doing

Really good. I wish i could write classical like this. One day i might! But i dont know enough music theory to do it at the moment i think :S
Scriptique
Scriptique replied Unknown
Music theory? Bah, who needs music theory?! Lol, I sucked at it so much that my piano teacher back in high school actually dedicated a whole lesson just teaching me how to deconstruct music. Gah, music theory is evil.

*ahem* Anyway, thanks for the kind review! :)

This is fantastic! I like your description of it too, I can see exactly what you mean, I can picture the whole story. It's sad but so so good! I really enjoyed it.

Thanks! It is sometimes extremely hard to convey the right emotions and scenery in aural form rather than the visual, so I'm very very glad that this piece painted a real story for you rather than being just another piano song.

Cheers,

What a talent u r!My fingers nearly fell off just listening,How yours are still on ,is amazing!
Cool title, fits the track well and altogether,a good production.
It reminds me of those very old movies where there was no sound, just a piano playing. My gran was one of those pianists and I totally respect you for bringing this back.I hope the younger generation apreciate the enormous amount of talent it takes to do something like This!Absolutely awesome!

Wow thanks so much for the kind review!

And no kidding?! Your gran used to be a silent film pianist?! Dude, that's amazing! I really really respect and admire them, for their sheer talent and unbelievable dexterity.

I think I might have said this before...we need a Scriptique track balloon that goes up when you upload a new track...The occasional bottom end from the thunder only accentuates the wonderful passage of this little piece of musical theatre...It must be part of not being able to create music like this that enchants me with it...but that's not the whole story...it can stand by itself and probably will endure long after contemporary styles have gone the way of all flesh....I listen..I like..I learn cheers planet

wow very mystical like running naked with fairys in a mushroom feild! must be the irish/celtic harmonys going on i guess? the harpsichord/string appregios give a great backbone to the harmonys as well, the song has a strong rennisance feeling too, i like the build ups with the winds the best though i think because there not stagnant, seemingly paint a new stroke of a picture all the way, good job!

great!

the levels are just right! sounds clean and rounded!

sets up for a great tune, and great it was! vox was a nice touch, really fits with the melodies! they both move side by side gracefully!

well done :)
PEACE!

Outstanding! This is reminiscent of the times of castles, Queen Anne meets King Henry III and then Shakira comes home. Enough funnin' with it.
Its mind boggling that you pieced this together note by note. The music that you put out here is some of the best I've heard. Its so creative & flowing. You put a level and degree of thought into your work that is almost unheard of here. So, why you gotta raise the bar like so high for us newbies? lol.
Anymore of this quality and we may wind up seeing a new site - looper-lady.com.

I really like your track. Not as much as Hypervenom or Boys in the trenches but it still has something special.Sometimes it makes me think of the unprobable meeting of King Crimson and Vivaldi.
I'd be very happy to collab with you if you want to.

Sure easy, if you can play the piano and have 15 fingers!!!!!!!!! Damn I wish I took piano lessons, this is great stuff, since you don't have any merrit in playing the piano so easy, I'll tell you you did a great job arranging your track, love the bip at the beginning and end, great touch, maybe the arregments are more complicated then the piano but the piano is f!!!***??? amazing (sorry). its someting to play quick but still give the sense of emotion thats playing piano, I could feel it, I'll say it again, music is not about notes, its about emotion.
Scriptique
Scriptique replied Unknown
Haha thanks Pete! I definitely agree: music is not just about the notes you play, but it should also be about how one feels. It should not be measured by how much it follows the dictations of the mainstream, but by how much it follows the dictations of your soul.

Your track is absolutely amazing.Think I've never heard something like this.It seems the music comes directly from your heart and soul. The mix between all the instruments is great.I don't know what to add ....so I think I'm gonna say goodbye and listen to your tune again
Scriptique
Scriptique replied Unknown
Cheers Frenchkid! I think this has been compared a lot with Emilie Autumn's songs, and I love that girl but I hope it doesn't sound too much like her!

Anyway thanks for your kind review! I do try to put my heart and soul into my music, I'm glad that you noticed =)

If they didnt have the 15 character minimum, my review could just be "Wow". That piece would be so neat in the cinema; particularly in a comedic villainess montage. I can just picture it. Was that a whistle blowing in the back ground? I would love to hear real drums on that toward the end. Steven Spielberg should hire you and bring in Neal Peart (Rush) to do them!
Scriptique
Scriptique replied Unknown
hahaha thanks mate. I like the comedic villainess imagery you used. Lol and yeah I would definitely love real drums with this!

Yep, that's a whistle you're hearing! =D
