This definitely sounds like a Deftones track in the distortion and the vocals.

There is a lot of mud in the heavy guitar parts. May be able to eq that out. It's in the backing rhythm guitars. The vocals are a bit watery and non-distinct, but it kinda sounds like that was you plan.

This was a good listen. Kept reminding me of "Change(in the house of flies)". Well written. Good stuff!

Deftones is always an influence for me , so that's awesome you say that!

I am still learning the ins and outs of my software, most of the eq work seems to do little or nothing to my tracks, so i am still hit or miss with that. Any advice from you guys would be well appreciated !

The vocals were kind of a stream of conscious fade in and out sorta thing.

Yup slowed it down a bit, glad you enjoyed what i did! I will accept anything you want to let me work on brother, your tunes are EPIC! sorry i have not been on in a few days , I was moving! The new place is all set up now and i am ready to rock ! Looking forward to our next collab \m/

Thanks ! Sometimes I am a bit tentative to put vocals on stuff, my style is more stream of conscious poetry. no real structure.

solid guitar playing. very smooth, rhythmical. the basics count for a lot. I guess the placement of vocals is a matter of taste. You could have put them in front of the mix, but as they are it offers a cool, creepy new color on more of an equal level with other instruments. very effective track. congrats!

Nice thick guitars rock! Not enough great hard rock and metal uploaded here. Lyrics were a bit tough to decipher with the effects you used but your description said you were going for something dark and moody so maybe it was on purpose.

I like the flutish synth you used during the drum breaks, nice opposition to the ripping gits.

Definitely a cool track!

I love the drums on this! Also the distortion on the guitar is very fitting. Although I primarily listen to hip-hop, I can always get down with some good metal :) keep jammin!
