intresting arrangment of sounds, try using loops/samples that are all the same bpm for a more consittent flow throughout the track, liking the idea though man nice work
Looperman is one of my favorite web sites. I love grabbing sound loops off of looperman and assembling them into a whole, complete track. If anything ever happened to Looperman, I think I might go "Postal". (It's about impossible to have all the loops/samples in the same bpm- I've tried.) If you know of any music producers who might be interested in "UpTown Party People", please let me know. I still don't have permission to post at the forums here. Thanks a lot for the comment DRJBEATS! I appreciate it! ~ Ron
Thanks a lot! I like to listen to it while watching the music video "Mark Ronson - Uptown Funk ft. Bruno Mars" on "mute" on YouTube. Makes the music more fun to listen to. Thanx for the comment! Happy 4th of July ! ~ Ron
Ok, I was not aware of all the complex principles that looperman had in place for uploading loops. You need to have a very extensive understanding of various concepts in audio engineering.
The 24 hour upload time only counts for tracks, when uploading loops you can do heaps at a time but you need to be authorized first by the looperman admins.

To be honest, I think your skills could be far better appreciated uploading loops for the looperman community until you get some more experience with track composition.
Seems you have a great ability to write music from scratch like you have with all your tracks, however it shouldn't take a month to master something like this, took me 2 days to compose the original track for "The Difference Engine" and for me mastering is a breeze because I know my DAW like the back of my hand.
Anyway if you don't mind I was intending for you to separate the layers of instruments like piano and synth before simply uploading them on looperman, emailing might be a pain because email servers don't like transferring larger files such as samples.
Ok. There are 9 seperate instrumental simple tracks. I'm not real familar with how the mechanics of Looperman works but from what I do know you can only upload one mp3 file every 24 hours. (and from an earlier post I got the impression you don't want mp3 files when mastering.) Is there an easier faster way to do this at Looperman I don't know about? (I could upload the 9 tracks-wav or mp3 files- to Google Drive and you could download them from there, all at once in a single folder. I could email you an email and a password.) ~Ron
Actually the melody is quite nice, only issue is that by using the completed track of "The Difference Engine" the sounds have blended quite horribly since the mp3 you would have downloaded would have severe limitations in the augmentation of dynamics from the original track.
If you want you can upload the melody you added as a set of loops on looperman and then I can embed it into the original track where I can properly move around the other sounds to fit it in nicely. I can either upload or email the result so you can access it.
If you think this would be a nice idea then it would be preferred that the melody be separated by the instruments and dynamics. They need a little mastering too.
Yeah, I get ya. It could of and should have sounded a lot better. Usually, I would spend a whole month on somehthing like this, but I only spent 4 or 5 days on it. Do you mean send you a single wav file of the parts I added (like email you) and you remix and master everything, if that's fesible? ~Ron
I believe the words of The Governator were "I will terminate global warming with pillars of flaming hydrogen and my many pending proposals. Stamp of approval, stamp of approval, stamp of approval".
He'll be back, hopefully as President.
But I'm curious to know what features you composed yourself because your use of dynamics is exceptional.
You just need to focus on variating the structure of your compositions so they don't sound mostly the same.
I composed everything, using two different keyboards. (I used built in drum machines and bass line accompaniment, and some sound effects from the software recording program.) The sound-bite sound-sample "I'll be back" I got off of You Tube. And I used some High boost EQ and Bass boost EQ in the final mixdown.
