I think you got it together concerning the dynamics the lyrics the music and the timing.
But whoever did your mixed down butchered your song.
You need to go back into the studio with the Master track and reset the volume settings. The track is too over modulated.
Make sure that you have a true stereo on each channel left and right at different levels .
And go do a mix down. Then take mix down and go to https://emastered.com/
And do a final E-master and you’ll experience the industry music quality sound.
