Absolutely insane!!!!!
This is inspiring.
Faved. U think you can send me the wav file or track outs in wav would be better?
I would love to do a project with this.
Great great work.
Don't stop this!
I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by such generous feedback and very grateful ofcourse. If you really want to do your own version I'm completely fine with that too. I will send the stems to your e-mail by web based mailing service 'filemail.com' due to upload limits. Afteral I'm returning the favor for being granted to work on your "Heartless" track...I think you remember...:)
23 is a lot of collabs! I just listened to Ed's new one a couple minutes ago and it's no wonder you two guys work so well together.
Ahhhh, cool, peaceful and relaxing, nice way to start chilling out as the sun is approaching the horizon. Walking, driving or riding the back roads is always a fun thing to do. The sights, smells and sounds make you appreciate nature more. Driving at night after someone has cut the grass on their lawn or field is a favorite thing of mine.
Thank you guys for sharing, I'll be dl'ing a copy, this is quite awesome!
Sorry for a late reply Wayne...I'm a bit lost lately...:)
As always great pleasure to hear from you and so nice to know you dig this one in your own way...thank you so much !
finally.....I hadn`t forgotten about this one Leon and the always special touch you lend to the music...I have just been very untimely in expressing my appreciation for the talent you share with this old guitar guy...many thanks to you my friend.....Ed
Thank you so much for stopping by my friend... it's never too late! I must say I really enjoyed this one and I am the one who has to say big thank you for being granted another
opportunity to work on something exceptional which will always bring fond memories. Another one is still in works and due to recent lack of free time it's progressing a bit more slowly on its way to full form, but I'll let you know as soon as I get there...:)
That part from 0.32 (and later) with that sad, painful violin? is heartbreaking...hopeful track of course but there is some 'at the end of the road' feeling...but it could be because we, Hungarians are always on the looser side...hahh...:-) :-(
nevertheless, speechless track...
thanx for the upload, handshake for both of you...fav, dl
Orlando and Ed: An excellent track. I'm not sure if it was "chill" or "orchestral". Either way, it was really good. To my ear, it had flavours of Celtic and asian music. The melody line could easily have been played by a flute (breathy. And parts of the background could have been played by something like a Koto. I think the title was very appropriate. For he, the track definitely communicated a feeling of gliding along a gently weaving road out in the middle of nowhere. The image I kept getting was some really rural roads I once travelled on when lost driving down to Ayre in Scotland. Single lane, ancient low stone walls on the sides of the fields, wild heather everywhere. Very nice!
Hi Eric...always a pleasure to hear from you! I must say I'm truly grateful for your thoughts, cause everything you say in your comprehensive observation is exactly what I felt about this track from the beginning. "..gliding along a gently weaving road out in the middle of nowhere. The image I kept getting was some really rural roads..." You couldn't have hit the nail on the head more precisely. If you visit my SC profile, you will see that the graphic image presenting this track clearly reflects your (our) point.
This is a nice chilled out piece. Coincidentally enough, with the time of year it’s being posted, it really has an early spring sound. Like the cold winter rain is still upon us, but there’s a hint of hope for warmer weather in the air. Listening to this feels like watching the harshness of winter give way to the coming growth of new life all around us.
