Far better piano work in this short composition than most piano based work I've heard in recent years. It is calming, yet emotionally charged.

I like to keep it short, I like to describe people with short but meaningful pieces of notes. Idk, gets stuck in my head way more than faces for example. Also I tried to write this using the chords in which this specific person's voice seems to be centralized on.

For sure you have massive talent for shaping your emotional and mental state into music, and I'm happy that you are still doing it. I know how challenging it can be at times, but it is art or die for those like us.
Your song leaves so much room for more, which is part of why it is so perfect for a movie. There could be plenty of dialog or foley or whatever to build on this theme.
