listened to 5-6 of your most recent loops. u seem to have a good handle on Fx and seem to enjoy experimenting with them. i found the loops to be musical - to have dramatic value. look forward to listening to more of your stuff.

the orchestration is very solid on this. i like the way the trombone (is it a trombone?) asserts itself from beginning to end. but more - a deep string foundation, some movement around the sustained trombone. it creates a lot of emotion in a short space. definitely wants to be developed.
i have a site that links short clips like this to works of art - with the intention of drawing viewers deeper into the art - maybe motivating them to buy the art.
with your okay - I will feature this clip. i would to know if you have any visual in mind? or scene? i will be soliciting artists to agree to show a piece with this music - again with your okay. you get a free link back to Looperman! (or wherever)

the site address is: www.midisparks.com

thanks.

very captivating. technically seems like great work. what do YOU see happening visually? i'd like to feature this clip on my site with a piece of art. would like your okay to use the loop, and if you had a visual in mind, would like to consider it.
thanks.

i get a picture of some tribal ritual going on - there is dancing, and chanting, and something perhaps not so nice going on. on a practical level the panning is very effective. the groove really breathes like the real thing - is it the real thing or midi?

Thanks mate..not sure what you mean is it the real thing or midi..I played it all if that's what you mean using three different softsynths, which technical is midi..a lot of my sounds are from softsynths, but you still have to play them..cheers planet

takes me there - don't know where "there" is yet - but it's definitely cheaper and safer than drugs. hope to feature it and will let you know.

beautiful choice of sounds, a very minimalist approach of sounds over a gentle groove which is very effective. the "hoot" in the background, the other touches. i listen to it over and over. will feature this on my site and let you . congrats

nice sounds, nice balance, when it works i don't get tired of it - and I don't. i also see movement, action over this clip. nice work. will be looking for more. midisparks.

i listened to 4 riffs. all of them kick. they all seem to be panned hard left. is that intentional. some back and forth panning might add interest. presence of sound might be improved. seems a bit muffled? peace

To much dismay (and research) I have recently discovered that my 1/4 to 1/8 adapter is mono!! I am so mad about this and apologize. For future recordings I will save the file, halve their decibels, and set one to each side.

cello and chorus sort of bounce off each other very effectively and violin color over it is very effective i think. it all takes me into a very dark scene in a movie. you might share this in the cinematic genre as well. i think you might still have room for another dab of effect even in this short loop. congrats on this one.
