Ok so ya this shit is fucking lit.. but what would you call this type of sound/sample..?

I’ve always been curious to what u would call it or how it would be categorized..

And if u don’t mind me asking (cuz I think this sound is DOPE) how do you make vocal/Vox drowned out undertone. Drake be doing that to a handful of tracks and I love how it just always works... but if I wanted to create something like that what do I do??? Thanks man!,, keep up the hard work and great sounds.... truly inspiring..
