The beat sounds okay. I like that 808 on the 4th bar, but the 808 is overall bit too loud compared to the drums. Don't be a afraid to lower the 808's volume especially when it is distorted. You could try using some percs with the snare to give the beat more bounce.
For first one its good.
Ofc needs better mixing nad I would pick different kicks and snares, perhaps layer them and pitch down a notch to give a darker feeling. l)
