Its not a very good one, its super basic but does the trick if you need a quick and easy music box sound. Its called 'DSK Music Box'. Its free, from what I remember.
I'm unsure on where I got that exact sample. I believe I may have got it here on looperman, could be wrong though. Its been a while.
