Definitely an interesting time signature.
That’s not a 4/4 or 6/8 (which is what I use mostly) so it’ll be a bit difficult to work with.
If it is a 4/4 or 6/8 then it sure doesn’t sound like one.

Sounds like a B to me but I’m not 100% sure.
Pretty sure it’s a B though.
