Again not sure where the project file's at, but I have a vague memory of it. I'll assume, for this explanation, that you mean the formant-sounding bass. If so, then I used exactly that - one of the formant filters in serum, applied to what I assume was one of serum's spectral wavetables (maybe FMed from a basic shape). I must've applied an lfo to the main oscillator's volume and modulated the speed of that lfo with another lfo to achieve the stutteriness. Lmk if that wasn't the patch you meant.
