I used Native Instrument's Massive, and the preset practically consists of a square wavetable and a saw wavetable that have an envelope with a short decay on a lowpass filter to create the plucking effect. There are many tutorials on youtube (just look up "massive pluck preset"), and many preset packs feature a variation of this pluck.
