Thank you I read the copyright and loops part, so I get that as long as the uploaded has indeed uploaded original sample then as long as I credit the loop creator, well actually just looperman com according to what I read, then it’s ok, so assuming ‘commercial’ means ‘ to be sold’ then I can sell my instrumentals and the purchaser will have no problem uploading to YouTube etc with no copyright claims? You see I ask because it happened before, if you have uploaded this clip to YouTube and monitized the video, then anyone uploading a track with this sample in, gets struck with a copyright notice. Then they come back to me saying I stole the beat I made or some dumb stuff like that.
yes totally correct, worst case scenario say if it did lead you in any copyright situation i have file proof that shows the loop was 100% created by me for any proof, because i have the midi file for this loop. i say first come first serve lol
