Really amazing melody, would it be possible to get the midi? gregflorea @gmail.com

Peliman44 replied 24th Mar 2019 - 7 years ago

Sorry man this thing is like 4 years old so I don't even have it anymore. But it's an incredibly simple melody so it's not at all hard to figure out.

Just remember though it is copyrighted by Illenium.

What did you use to make this?

Peliman44 replied 26th Feb 2017 - 9 years ago

It's all about layers. Several instances of Serum and Massive all combined and then layered with a bunch of effects.

correction, maybe seamless - sometime

Peliman44 replied 10th Jun 2016 - 10 years ago

Nope :) Same pattern, different samples. Except one of the cymbals is the same I think. Nice try though.

Would be too good if it had sidechain applied... :)

Peliman44 replied 10th Jun 2016 - 10 years ago

I figured that most people could probably pretty easily sidechain it themselves in order to get it to the amount that they wanted since there's so many variations. There's gobs of tutorials all over the internet on how to sidechain :)

If you could make this but instead have it be strings or something like that I think it would sound really cool
Great job though!

Peliman44 replied 10th Jun 2016 - 10 years ago

Good idea, I just might do that! :)
