From the teaser, it Sounds like it's going to be a great track!
It is in F minor. the chords are,
Fmin9 Ebmaj and Dbmaj9.
The reason it sounds happy in some places even though it's in a minor key is because this loop switches between F minor and its relative major, Db with passing chords.
So, it will sound good if you put it in a song that is in F minor.
Can you make one in the key of F minor please? :D I'm working on a mix and you make pretty good synth loops. I'd be happy to show my mix to you once it's done.
