Thanks for this great loop; I love the rhythm and tone. Plan to use this as part of a kit on my Handsonic HPD-20 as background for Native American-style Flute.
Are you recording in direct Line or with microphone??
PRE AMP?
Im producing too since very long time
but the sound you get here in balance with the WET Level
of the Reverb is beautiful and recorded with a close to be perfekt level of GAIN Based on the dynamic you are recording.
Hi Alex..I was using at the time a 1981 G&L F100 (twin humbuckers) and going direct into my audio interface, the preamp I was using was a Dean Markley Overlord tube distortion pedal in conjunction with a Lexicon reverb rack, since then I have rotated my gear significantly, I now use custom guitars made by myself and a Roland VG-99 for effects..cheers mate, all the best Dave :)
I'm an electronic composer in a rut, and classically pianist. You think I could write some decent music on a sustained basis. I have been in a months long slump. I've downloaded beats from here for several years but looked at the "grooves" for the first time. Your work comes almost immediately to the front as the perfect carry-sound for a song. I like the one's where there is a texture but not too much of a tonal committment, but I can live with the root and just bounce off of the others with other synth voices in two note combinations of broken chords. I love it. Thanks so much for your richly inspirational things. I really needed these grooves.
Hey Duane, glad to hear this loop was useful for you, don't worry about any writer's block periods, happens to everyone and you always bounce back sooner or later..cheers Dave /Planetjazzbass :)
Hello and thank you for your excellent loops, great work! One of yours is on this site, under Tracks. Song from Patricia Edwards: Time. Search member laurentwirz. Thanks again! Cheers and beats. Laurent
