Hello Mike,

I am confused.I thought this was a royalty free site where you can use the samples provided by users as you please. Correct me if I am wrong, but the conditions you put on the usage of your samples does not jive with the intent of this site. Do not worry I do not plan on using your samples, but you might want to check me on this.

That is correct for loops. Acapellas are not offer in the same way as loops on this site. When you click acapellas there is a disclaimer that explains that. :)
