this is the effect for vocals i've always been trying to find!! can you please help and tell me how you make this effect on your vocal!! i always thought it was a vocoder and maybe it is but to me this sounds like you didn't have to play your own note on a keyboard, but anyways i really hope you can tell, it would really help!
