I dont really know the defintion of commercial but im not making money with this, I just wqanted to have it on a free bandcamp album or up on jamendo or something like that. Maybe even have it on something more and I couln't get a license from the website, the attempt to didn't go through on your website. So i'd like to know if ican use it commercially. Thanks for letting us know the website form was not working. Though our test application came through alright, perhaps there was a temporary error. If you need the commercial license, you could try the form again, or contact directly via info (at) illusiaproductions dot com.
But to sum it up; any "free-download"-use is ok without a commercial license. But "pay what you want" on Bandcamp for example is already considered commercial.
