This is pretty cool. I was considering getting FL Studio myself because I make my own epic soundtrack music. Is it worth the expense? From what I have seen (I downloaded the trial version) it is pretty extensive and allows you to do a lot of awesome stuff... Its just hard for me to spend that kind of money on software... What version do you have?
IMO I loved FL Studio. It's completely versatile. Ready for any project. It does get some getting use to (like most things though) and it's a bit different from other DAWs. But I have been using FLStudio since version 3.4 (12 years or something like that). It can do things that not many other DAWs can like setting your own mapping formula and right-click'n'drag the levels of anything in the pianoroll to draw a line between the points. It can let you get a little TOO creative somethings, because its almost limitless. Sometimes you need restrictions, but it really is limitless. I used a pirate one for years just mucking about on it and figuring things out and liked it so much I bought it. I'm pretty sure I paid $100 or something. It's worth the money, you do have to buy certain plug-ins, but Image-Line have half-price sales and things every so often. Totally worth it.
