You are right about the timing of your song. In theory it is spot on. The problem emerges in the parts where you applied effect's.
And as you might notice, the original vocal had to be cut in pieces in order to work with the song. Recycle needs "timing points".
That was the problem, because we couldn't just start the vocal simultanious with the track mainly because you stretch some lyrics. Don't take this as critisism! It was our problem because we had to make it fit our track. :)
But in the end it worked just fine and the "off timing" gave it something extra.
We heard your vocals by accident and new instantly we wanted to use them. We had to do some work because timing wasn't 100% accurate. Nothing pro tools could not fix.
The timing should be actually pretty tight, it's recorded to 130bpm click. But note that I start singing off-beat. I tried to put your song and the acapella in my software and it would have been on time, had you just started them both at the same time. Now the timing is off in your song, I'm guessing you placed the vocals to start on the beat.
Anyway, thanks for working with my vocals :) The song has a nice feel to it.
